Guji is a small region in Oromia Ethiopia. Coffee production here is very small backyard plots hand picked at the peak of ripeness. These are heirloom arabica varieties, dried on elevated racks and hand shelled. This is Ethiopian Coffee as it was 100 years ago. Best described as a bowl of berries masquerading as a coffee.
