Cold Brew

Smooth, refreshing and full of flavor cold brew is a naturally sweet, low-acid coffee that’s perfect over ice. Easy to enjoy any time of day, it’s the ultimate cool coffee experience.

What You'll Need: Coarsely ground coffee (French press grind), ideally our Polar Vortex blend, a cold brew pitcher, ice-cold water and a spoon or stirring device. No need to break the bank. Simple tools = big flavor.

Simple Instructions

Step 1: Place coarsely ground coffee into the filter basket of your cold brew carafe, using about one cup of coffee for every four cups of water. The ratio is up to you. This is dependant on how strong you want your cold brew. IE- A cold brew concentrate or a lighter cold brew.

Step 2: Slowly pour cold water over the grounds, making sure they are fully saturated, and give a gentle stir if needed.

Step 3: Cover the carafe and let it steep in the fridge for eight to twelve hours, or overnight for best results.

Step 4: Remove the filter basket and pour the cold brew over ice or enjoy it straight from the fridge.

Step 5: Store any leftover cold brew in the fridge for up to two weeks.
