How do I join the program?
Its very simple. All you have to do is Create a store account. Once you have created this account make sure that you login when placing online orders. When you visit our roastery, please provide your phone number associated with the account and all points will be added automatically.
Can I Use Loyalty Points Towards My Coffee Subscription?
Unfortunately not. Our subscription based coffee is already discounted. Alternatively, you can purchase a different type of coffee on our website or brewing gear.
How do I check my balance?
Log in to your store account and go to the Use Points Page.
How can I use my points?
Use your points to redeem rewards as discount codes. You can apply the discount code on the payment page during checkout. One discount code can be used per order. Additionally, you can use your coupons in store, just ask a staff member to help!
Do Loyalty Rewards Points Expire?
Points collected before June 2025 will expire 1 year after the date they were earned.
Points collected on or after June 1, 2025 will no longer expire.
However, please note:
Once you redeem your points for a coupon code, that coupon will expire after 1 month. So be sure to redeem your points when you're ready to use them!
