Roasted on the dark side of medium.  Founded in 1960, Coope Tarrazu is the largest in Los Santos Tarrazu, a region known for producing the finest coffees in Costa Rica.  The cooperative has approximately 3200 producers and supports them with loans, technical assistance and input price support.

Apricot and Citrus acidity with a well rounded body and excellent balance.  Very pleasant aftertaste.  We stamp each bag with the roast date hot from the coffee roaster.
