Overview: The Cuzcachapa Cooperative was founded in 1966 and has over 1200 members.  It is Certified Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified and hosts the annual Cup of Excellence Competition in El Salvador. Grown between 1100-1630 masl.

Roast Profile: Medium-Dark

Tasting notes: Perfect balance and uniformity with a deep, rich cocoa and caramel notes that are picked up very well by adding dairy to the cup.  Subtle smooth acidity, and a coffee everyone will enjoy.
