Overview: This coffee comes from the highlands of Ethiopias Guji zone in the Oromia regional state. At elevations ranging from 1850-2200 msl, smallholder farmers cultivate indigenous Arabica varieties in fertile volcanic soils, passed on from previous generations. Harvesting is done by hand, with the beans fully washed and placed on raised beds to ensure consistency.
