Overview: Grown by many smallholder farmers in the western highlands or Oromia, considered the birthplace of arabica. This coffee reflects both the natural richness of the region and the care of the people who produce it. Limu is known for its delicate acidity and clean, vibrant character, along with a fuller body than coffees from southern regions like Yirgacheffe or Sidamo. These qualities, commonly associated with Limu, give the coffee a balanced and approachable profile.

Roast Profile: Light - Medium

Process: Natural

Altitude: 1,500-1,800 meters

Tasting notes: A full-bodied coffee packed with deep, juicy notes of sweet blueberry and delicate peach, perfectly balanced by a smooth, dry cocoa base and a crisp, clean finish.
