Grown on the elevated plateau of Fraijanes using sustainable practices, it delivers a beautifully balanced cup that reflects both craftsmanship and care for the environment.

Tasting Notes: Cocoa, caramel, citrus, bright acidity, velvety body

Process: Washed

Origin Details: Produced 1,600 metres above sea level and harvested from October to March by smallholder farmers dedicated to ethical and environmentally responsible cultivation.
