Overview: Grown in the highlands of Northern Honduras, these coffees thrive at elevations ranging from 1500 to 2000 masl.  The cherries are carefully harvested and fully washed and dried in the traditional patio method and then processed at Beneficio de Cafe Montecristo.

Roast Profile: Medium

Tasting Notes: Nutty aroma, Cocoa and brown sugar with a light acidity and very clean finish.

Process: Washed
