This is a full bodied coffee with a smokey aroma from the Chiapas Region of Mexico. It has a caramelized buttery mouthfeel which lingers long after the last sip..  It is half of our very popular French Roast.  We roast this until second crack, which produces a dark/dry bean, until degassing carries small beads of oil to the surface a couple of days post roast.
