Overview: Grown in the highlands of Chiapas, this full-bodied Mexican coffee offers a smoky aroma and a rich, caramelized character. Roasted to the second crack, it develops into a dark, dry bean that releases a subtle sheen of oil as it degasses—delivering a deep, satisfying cup that lingers long after the last sip.
